Michelle Yang CPA, CA

Ms. Yang joined Microbion in 2017. In her role, Ms. Yang leads the finance function and works with other members of management to achieve the Company's business goals. Prior to Microbion, Ms. Yang worked as Manager at KPMG LLP, specializing in financial audits for technology and biotechnology companies ranging from local private entities to publicly listed SEC-registrants. During her time there, she worked on a number development phase companies at various stages of financing. Ms. Yang joined the Professional Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 2015, with honour roll standing, representing top 1% of graduates. She holds a bachelor of commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
